About The Position

CMA's Valley CDJR is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to help customers find vehicles that meet their needs, guide them through the sales process, and provide an outstanding customer experience. The company provides training and support, and prior automotive sales experience is not required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn customer needs and provide helpful information about vehicles and services.
• Coordinate test drives and explain vehicle features clearly and patiently.
• Work with teammates and management to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and basic financing options; training is provided.
• Use company tools and systems to track customer interactions and follow up when needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
