About The Position

As an Automotive Store Manager for Big O Tires, you will direct and manage the overall daily operations of the retail store in accordance with identified company goals to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profit. The Store Manager drives sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor. Big O Tires, The Team You Trust is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager for a phoenix area location. We seek successful proven professionals that want a career not just a job. Potential Earnings for Store Managers $150+ depending on motivation.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail tire and automotive.
Able to sell ethically
Proficient knowledge of auto repair
Excellent communication with clients and co-workers
Experience supervising a team of associates.
Multitasking
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees
Valid driver's license
Can speak, read and write English.

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking is a plus
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Automotive service: 3 year (Preferred)
Automotive Management: 3 year (Preferred)
