The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Regional Performance Director to oversee multiple dealership operations and drive performance across the region. Requirements

5+ years senior automotive leadership (multi-store experience required)
Proven track record in driving profitability, CSI, and team development
Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office
Results-driven with a strategic mindset
Automotive Dealership Management Experience Required

Responsibilities

Oversee performance, profitability, and operations across multiple dealerships
Lead and hold teams accountable to core dealership processes and standards
Partner with General Managers to improve sales, service, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
Drive results in inventory management, profitability, and operational efficiency
Conduct performance reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements
Collaborate with OEM partners and executive leadership
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing dealership leadership teams
Ensure alignment with company goals and growth strategies
