About The Position

The Automotive Industry is competitive all on fronts, not just in the Showroom! Dealerships compete for top-talent by responding to qualified applicants with urgency and offering great benefits and professional development opportunities. We are seeking 2 ambitious Recruiters to bring creativity and priority handling to our Hiring Process. The ideal candidates will have experience with full cycle recruiting, records maintenance and/or Sales/Retail experience. Recent graduates with backgrounds in HR or Business Administration are strongly encouraged to apply. Must have availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday thru Friday. In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers for multiple dealerships to ensure adequate staffing and best practices. You will be constantly sourcing candidates for Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration; executing thoughtful phone screens, scheduling in-person interviews, and maintaining contact to keep the momentum going up to Onboarding/Hire! Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Thorough understanding of the confidentiality and discretion required when handling and securing personal information.
• Availability to work 40 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour break (some flexibility available)
• Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Creates and posts ads for vacancies and projected needs
• Screens applications and works with hiring managers to identify candidates while complying with best practices.
• Orders and reviews background checks & drugs screens.
• Communicates with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Updates timelines for the HR Department and assists with New Hire and Open Enrollment delivery for all Benefits.
• Supports the HR Department and Leadership Team
• Provide support/coverage in reception and Main Office as needed.
