About The Position

Opelika CDJR is hiring a Quick Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, vehicle inspections, and other minor maintenance procedures. This role is described as an opportunity to begin a career in automotive technician services. The ideal candidate has some relevant experience or a desire to learn. The position is located in Opelika, Alabama, and is full-time.

Nice To Haves

Quick Lube service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and help identify, confirm, and resolve their concerns.
Perform general vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and tire rotations.
Conduct thorough, accurate inspections and advise customers on recommended maintenance or needed repairs.
Run tests to check that vehicle systems and components are secure and functioning properly.
Drive vehicles for testing purposes.
Service customer and dealer-owned vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
