About The Position
The Quick Lube Technician plays a key role in keeping our customers’ vehicles safe and properly maintained. In this role, you will perform routine automotive maintenance and light repair services while working alongside experienced Service Advisors and Certified Technicians. This is a great entry point into a dealership environment with opportunities for advancement into higher-level technician roles.
Requirements
- Previous automotive service or maintenance experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Inspect belts, hoses, filters, brakes, and tire pressure to identify maintenance needs
- Mount, replace, and balance tires as needed
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay
- Communicate recommended services clearly with Service Advisors
- Follow Ford manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures
- Assist the service team with additional shop duties as needed
