About The Position

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands are seeking dedicated, quality-focused teammates to provide top-tier customer service. The Automotive Porter transports vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment to the locations needed during the repair process. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow into other roles. The work may include test-driving vehicles after repairs or ADAS calibrations, transporting customers as needed, and cleaning vehicles.

Requirements

• Desire to learn a skilled trade.
• High school diploma or graduation from a tech school.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and customer-focused outlook.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-oriented service.
• Communicate with the field team to support efficiency and productivity.
• Test-drive vehicles after repairs and/or ADAS calibrations.
• Transport vehicles, tools, equipment, and/or customers as needed during the repair process.
• Clean vehicles when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership.
