About The Position

Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead its parts department. The position oversees daily department operations, inventory and stocking strategy, wholesale business growth, profitability, and team development. The Parts Manager works closely with dealership leadership and maintains relationships with service, sales, and wholesale customers to support the dealership’s growth objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and controls.
• Experience with wholesale parts operations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience.
• Franchise dealership experience.
• Experience growing wholesale business.
• Understanding of department financial statements and KPIs.
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or a similar DMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily parts department operations.
• Manage inventory levels, stocking strategy, and obsolescence control.
• Drive wholesale growth and develop new account relationships.
• Improve department profitability and operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with service, sales, and wholesale customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators and departmental financial performance.
• Ensure accurate pricing, receiving, and inventory processes.
