About The Position

The Automotive Parts Manager is responsible for managing parts inventory and the auto parts department at a busy auto parts center. The role includes maintaining a consistent supply of parts, recording sales and repair work, managing warranty information, and hiring and overseeing department employees. The manager also negotiates pricing with suppliers, ensures ordered parts meet company quality standards, and may assist with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales.
Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry.
