Requirements

Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment with a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories knowledge
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and vehicle systems troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory control, and recordkeeping
Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer base
Ability to perform retail math accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

Automotive diagnostics experience or automotive repair background is preferred
Dealership experience is a plus
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) enhances client communication capabilities

Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone or the parts counter as need
Delivering parts to wholesale customers or technicians in the shop
Assisting in pulling or stocking parts
Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, order parts as needed, and oversee stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, phone etiquette, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business
