Automotive Parts Associate
About The Position
Carvana is hiring for an entry-level parts role at its high-tech Inspection Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Parts Associate orders parts, identifies and records parts needed, maintains an orderly storage area, and receives and picks parts for vehicles. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees to support skills and pay progression. The role is subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs. Two schedules are offered: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., or Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. Employment is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
- The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
