Automotive Parts Associate
About The Position
Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate at its high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, and keeping storage areas orderly while receiving and picking parts for vehicles. Training programs are available to help entry-level employees develop their skills and progress in pay. The position is based at 5506 Kennel Rd, Trenton, OH 45067. Starting pay is $17–$18 per hour. The location offers two shift schedules: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m., or Monday–Thursday, 4 p.m.–3 a.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
- Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Use safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Pass a complete background check.
