About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate at its high-tech vehicle inspection center in Trenton, Ohio. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, maintaining an orderly storage area, and receiving and picking parts for vehicles. Training programs are available to help entry-level employees progress their skills and pay. Starting pay is $17–$18 per hour. The position offers two possible schedules: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m., or Monday–Thursday, 4 p.m.–3 a.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. The inspection center is at 5506 Kennel Rd, Trenton, OH 45067.

Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The job requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold. Employees may need to use protective equipment such as a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and a mask. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to use required safety equipment and protective garments.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
