About The Position
Moyer CDJR is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves working closely with technicians, service advisors, body shop personnel, sales staff, and customers to ensure vehicles are kept on the road and customers are satisfied. Requirements
- Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive parts experience.
- Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
- Research and identify the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and body shop personnel to support repairs.
- Review collision repair estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing.
- Pull and stage parts orders for technicians and customers.
- Support dealership accessory sales and vehicle personalization programs.
- Maintain inventory organization and a clean work environment.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience every day.
