The role involves working closely with technicians, service advisors, body shop personnel, sales staff, and customers to ensure vehicles are kept on the road and customers are satisfied. Requirements

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components.

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Professional appearance and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive parts experience.
  • Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs.
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
  • Research and identify the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and body shop personnel to support repairs.
  • Review collision repair estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing.
  • Pull and stage parts orders for technicians and customers.
  • Support dealership accessory sales and vehicle personalization programs.
  • Maintain inventory organization and a clean work environment.
  • Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience every day.
