About The Position

The John Kennedy Collision Centers, with two locations, Conshohocken and Willow Grove, have an excellent full-time opportunity for someone ready to take charge of the parts department of a high-volume collision center. Experience in a parts department environment is a must. We're looking for someone with a parts department background, where your organizational skills and attention to detail helped keep the department running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience in a parts department environment
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment
• Be motivated, reliable, and energetic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Professional Appearance
• Be detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Good judgment and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Some heavy lifting is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with estimators on ordering parts for collision repairs
• Receive and record part deliveries
• Inspect parts for accuracy and flaws
• Monitor status of parts deliveries
• Track and process returns
• Work closely with technicians and keep them updated on parts deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
