Requirements

Good understanding of vehicle parts and their functions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to adapt to changes in warehouse processes and procedures.
Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Experience in parts sales or a related field.

Responsibilities

Sell automotive parts to retail customers and internal service personnel.
Identify required parts using catalogs, software, and manufacturer resources.
Answer incoming calls, provide pricing information, and process customer orders.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment.
Maintain records for sales, special orders, invoices, returns, and inventory transactions.
Maintain dealership standards for customer service, workplace safety, and department organization.
Collaborate with service, sales, and management teams to support dealership operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
