About The Position

Our Auto Value store of Chesaning, MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Counter Sales position. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Looking for a candidate who has general knowledge of auto mechanics and willingness to learn. Candidate must be well versed in auto/heavy/truck/agriculture/construction lawn equipment. Willing to to work well with others. A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our Auto-Wares Company Stores. We are looking for energized and motivated individual with outstanding communication skills. Must have a positive attitude and willing to work hard. Knowledge of heavy duty parts is a plus but must have automotive knowledge. Willing to train the right person. This position includes stocking shelves and and delivery of parts as needed. Planning for your success, Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• No Major Violations and only one minor violation in last three years.
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Physical & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
