About The Position
Coughlin Automotive is hiring a Parts Counterperson for their Ford store in Heath. This is an opportunity for individuals who love cars and providing excellent customer service. Coughlin Automotive is a rapidly growing dealership group in Central Ohio with seventeen locations and multiple brands. They pride themselves on having exceptional sales and service teams and unmatched service departments, body shops, and parts departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with parts and managing inventory preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the parts inventory and re-order when necessary to ensure adequate stock and avoid backorders
- Assist all internal and external customers with filling parts requests and questions
- Locate non-stock parts locally and nationally
