About The Position

Requirements
- Automotive parts experience is required.
- CDK and ETKA experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state of employment and a good driving record.
- Pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle record, and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Meet and assist customers courteously and professionally, providing the information they need.
- Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
- Price parts and accessories accurately using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
- Inform customers of current specials.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
