Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer skills
• A driven, customer-first attitude
• Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in automotive parts or service
• experience with dealership systems is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
• Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
