About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician Trainee. This role offers comprehensive paid training for individuals with no prior experience, leading to a career with unlimited earning potential. The company is a leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products, with a strong business model and opportunities across 43 states. Trainees will receive compensation during training, transitioning to a combination of hourly rate and commission as they develop their skills and customer base. The long-term earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard's services.
