About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician Trainee. This is an opportunity to learn a specialized skill with unlimited earning potential. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, paid training. The role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process, interacting with customers, and managing work orders. We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, possess strong communication and customer service skills, can work independently in various weather conditions, and have the physical stamina for the job's demands.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
