About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician Trainee. This role offers comprehensive paid training for individuals with no prior experience, leading to a career with significant earning potential. Trainees will receive compensation during training, transitioning to a combination of hourly rate and commission as they develop their skills and customer base. The role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process, interacting with customers, and managing work orders.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
