This role is for a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, offering a rewarding career with no prior experience required. The position involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Technicians will also review completed work with customers, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
