This role is for a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician trainee. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to learn a specialized skill that can lead to unlimited earning potential. You will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, managing walk lots, writing work orders, and negotiating approvals. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and promoting our services.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
