About The Position

As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for digital and phone inquiries, managing both short-term and long-term customer follow-up. You won't just be waiting for the phone to ring—you will actively engage prospects, nurture relationships, and ensure our sales pipeline remains strong and organized. Additionally, you will play a crucial quality-assurance role by auditing active leads to ensure our floor sales team is strictly adhering to our established dealership follow-up procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dealership BDC, call center, or customer service/sales role is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with DriveCentric or similar automotive CRMs is a major plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must feel comfortable navigating phone conversations, typing professional emails, and sending engaging text/video messages.
  • A keen eye for process management and accountability to help keep the sales team on track.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, high-energy demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective and existing customers via high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule showroom appointments.
  • Execute structured short-term and long-term follow-up campaigns for unsold traffic and internet leads.
  • Utilize DriveCentric daily to log all customer interactions, messages, and tasks with precision.
  • Review active leads and monitor dealership activity to ensure the sales staff is following our mandated follow-up protocols.
  • Promptly respond to internet lead submissions and incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
