About The Position

Homer Skelton Ford is looking for an organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our dealership. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running efficiently while supporting management, employees, customers, and other departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting accounting and administrative functions, assisting management, and ensuring office procedures are followed consistently. This position requires someone who can take ownership, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and keep multiple priorities organized while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Previous office management, administrative, accounting, or dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • A willingness to learn dealership-specific systems and processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an automotive dealership, particularly in accounting, administration, office management, or dealership operations, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership paperwork, automotive accounting processes, DMS systems, title work, funding, payroll, or compliance is a plus.
