The district is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a CTE Automotive Mechanics instructor. This role involves guiding students in developing skills in auto mechanics, facilitating a learning environment that fosters student success, and maintaining a safe shop setting. The instructor will remain knowledgeable of educational standards and strategies to meet the academic, developmental, and social-emotional needs of students, and will assess and modify instructional practices to increase student achievement. Utilizing educational technology to support instruction and learning, establishing positive relationships with students, peers, parents, and the community, and engaging students in project-based learning are key aspects of this position. The role also includes program compliance, such as CTE compliance and pupil accounting records compilation, maintenance, and submission.
