Requirements

Basic understanding of automotive systems.
Previous automotive maintenance or repair experience is preferred but not required.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Ability to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn the head, neck, and shoulders as needed, and grasp and hold tools and other items.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections.
Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair.

Responsibilities

Mount, balance, and install tires.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation, and general automotive repairs.
Conduct visual vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
Maintain shop equipment cleanliness and functionality, including servicing portable fluid drains according to shop protocols.
Expand automotive knowledge and technical skills.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success.
