Automotive Lube Technician
About The Position
Executive Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Lube Technician for its growing Service Department. The role performs routine vehicle maintenance, primarily changing engine oil and replacing oil filters, to help vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. It also includes checking and topping off vehicle fluids, completing tire rotations and other basic maintenance, conducting multi-point inspections, and communicating findings to service advisors. The technician is expected to maintain an organized work environment and uphold the company’s commitment to superior customer service. Previous automotive experience or technical training is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Change engine oil and replace oil filters.
- Check and top off coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
- Perform tire rotations and other basic maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
- Communicate vehicle findings to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
