The Lot Coordinator acts as a liaison for all work between the dealership and All-Pro, inspects vehicles to be repaired as they come into the dealership, maintains relationships with dealership management, properly invoices and submits all billing per All-Pro Policy, and follows up with the dealership to ensure all invoices receive a RO, PO and signature. The Lot Coordinator also researches when needed with the dealership to resolve matters of communication, assists and communicates with transportation of cars, and organizes work to ensure it has been within company standards and time requirements. Additionally, the Lot Coordinator inspects and audits the front line to ensure standards and quality, maintains service drive sales, volume and communication, communicates with the Area Manager (AM) on all issues occurring at locations, partners with the AM on recruiting, places initial orders for supplies and materials, and ensures Key Control and other Risk Policies are being adhered to daily. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The Lot Coordinator is not responsible for Performance Management, Discipline, Hiring or Terminations.
