About The Position
Faricy Kia is seeking a motivated, hardworking Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is crucial as the lot is the first impression customers have of the dealership. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a successful team. The position requires availability Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The company values its employees and invests in their success, offering a family-oriented, supportive environment. Requirements
- Motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay busy and take initiative
- Clean driving record and able to pass a drug screening
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Willingness to learn is key
Responsibilities
- Move, organize, and maintain vehicles on our lot
- Gas, wash, and detail vehicles to keep them showroom-ready
- Operate vehicles—including manual (standard) transmissions when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot at all times
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
