About The Position

The Automotive Loaner Coordinator keeps the service drive moving by connecting customers with the right people and ensuring loaner vehicles are ready and properly documented. This role involves customer interaction, administrative tasks, and light vehicle support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 months related experience/training preferred
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Strong time-management and organization
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service department and direct them to the appropriate service team member.
• Set up loaner vehicle check-outs/returns and complete required paperwork with customers.
• Provide shuttle rides when needed for drop-off and pick-up.
• Help clean loaner vehicles and customer vehicles as needed.
• Support the service call center in the afternoon by answering incoming calls and sharing vehicle status updates.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
