About The Position

The Loaner Coordinator role at Austin Subaru requires excellent guest service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. The position involves assisting guests with getting in and out of vehicles, ensuring guest loyalty through excellent service and prompt response to concerns, and adhering to grooming standards and safe driving practices. This role also requires adherence to corporate policies and procedures and the ability to cope with the physical demands of the job, work without supervision, and be a team player capable of multitasking.

Requirements

• Pass a drug test
• Can not have any DWI charges
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Provide a 3 year driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

• Guest service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
• Greet each guest and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle
• Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns
• Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire
• Practice safe driving skills
• Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
• Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job

• Able to work without supervision
• Organize keys for the day
• Organize pick and deliveries for the day
• Close loaner desk
• Verify all keys and loaners are accountable
• Ensure clean and settings are set to standards
• Park in appropriate areas
• Check in/out guest loaners - TSD Program
• Check in & inspect loaners on drive
• Remove loaners from service drive and park in appropriate area
• Wash and vaccuum loaners (automatic wash)
• Update and verify vehicle information in TSD
• Greet guest on drive
• Perform guest pick up and deliveries
