About The Position

The Continental Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Sales Manager for Austin Subaru. This is a full-time position with a locally-owned, family-operated company that offers advancement opportunities, paid training, performance reviews, and upward mobility. Responsibilities

Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.
Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in car sales - main focus is creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower teams.
Appraise trade ins
Stock in vehicles
Proper safe handling of sensitive client information
Lot management/merchandising
