About The Position

In this role, you will lead our online sales efforts, engage with prospective customers through digital platforms, and drive vehicle sales growth by managing and optimizing internet leads. You will serve as a key point of contact for online inquiries and work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive internet sales or related sales management roles.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, lead generation, and follow-up techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and internet sales tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond promptly to incoming internet sales leads.
  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
