Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership. This role involves receiving inbound and making outbound sales calls, monitoring leads for all departments to ensure timely responses (within 20 minutes for the first response), and verifying website inventory merchandising on individual websites and other lead provider websites (Autotrader, Cars.com, Craigslist). The position also includes Social Media Management, monitoring store postings on Facebook and Twitter, posting common articles utilizing Hoot Suite, and providing monthly campaign reporting for marketing campaigns. The coordinator will also serve as the point of contact for the CRM tool and educate personnel on how to enter new employees into the system.
