The Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing online leads, setting qualified appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, professional introduction to our sales team. Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer programs.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.
  • Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
