The intern program is designed to provide students with meaningful work experiences, on the job training, and ongoing personal development. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Shadow management on general strategy of dealership, assist dealership focus team on process improvement and customer/employee engagement projects, complete special projects as directed by the General Manager, prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned, direct calls and customers to the appropriate department or person, perform filing, operate office machines, maintain CSI at or above Company standards, maintain an organized, clean and safe work area, participate in required training, record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system, follow Safeguards rules and regulations, demonstrate the Company’s Core Values, comply with Company policies and procedures, and observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned.
