About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an Automotive Interior Repair Technician to perform mobile cosmetic repairs at customer locations such as dealerships and auctions. The role repairs rips, tears, burns, stains, and other interior damage, mixes dyes, and restores vehicle surfaces to like-new condition. Technicians build customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard’s services while working independently and traveling between locations.

No prior experience is required. Dent Wizard provides fully paid training, including travel, food, transportation, and lodging. Compensation begins at an hourly rate of $21.00, with a phased combination of hourly pay and commission as technicians leave training and build a customer base. The position offers uncapped commission-based earning potential; long-term earnings are described as $60,000–$110,000+.

The work involves outdoor conditions in varying weather and requires manual dexterity, repetitive motions, and the ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds. Candidates selected for an offer will undergo role-appropriate post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening.
