About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Interior Repair Specialist with at least three years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience. The mid-level technician will perform interior and glass repairs in a high-tech vehicle inspection center, restoring upholstery and interior components and repairing vehicle windows and windshields. The role involves working in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and pass a background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use safety equipment that may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Repair damaged cloth or fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic components, and stitching.
Color-match and dye cloth and fabric.
Repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields.
Work in a fast-paced production environment and work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
