About The Position

Berlin City Auto Group is actively hiring an experienced, highly motivated Finance Manager to join their growing team in Burlington, Vermont. This is a volume-driven store, so efficiency, focus, and accountability are key. As an F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing every deal while maintaining the highest level of guest experience and compliance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in automotive finance or sales leadership
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
A high-integrity leader with 2+ years of retail automotive F&I experience
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to win— you thrive on accountability
Effective at managing your time and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Strong closer with a consistent track record of performance
Experienced in working with banks and credit unions to fund contracts quickly and cleanly
A team player and clear communicator who fosters collaboration across departments
Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals—and holding yourself accountable to them
Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to meet unit sales, gross profit, and F&I product targets
Manage the full finance process, including rapid, clean funding and accurate documentation
Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and more
Work closely with prime and subprime lenders to secure the best approvals for our guests
Ensure strict compliance and uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism
Handle showroom, e-commerce, and inbound phone traffic to maximize every opportunity
