About The Position

Beaverhead Motorsports is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our finance and insurance (F&I) operations. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality customer experience while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is confident, ethical, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

Previous F&I or automotive/powersports finance experience preferred
Strong sales and closing skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with dealership software and lender systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Manage all finance and insurance processes for vehicle and powersports sales
Present financing, extended service contracts, and aftermarket products to customers
Secure financing through lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability while remaining customer-focused
Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve closing ratios
Train and support sales staff on F&I processes and product knowledge
Monitor and track key performance metrics (product penetration, reserve, etc.)
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve any financing-related issues
