Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Finance Manager experience in a domestic franchise dealership (Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and F&I products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet performance objectives.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
- Secure financing through lender relationships.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and funded promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
- Work closely with sales management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed finance product penetration and profitability goals.
