The role guides customers through financing options, helps protect their investments with appropriate products, and works with lenders to secure approvals that benefit customers and the dealership. Requirements
- Strong focus on profitability, expense control, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Present financing options, aftermarket products, and service agreements.
- Accurately process finance and lease deals.
- Secure lender approvals while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Train sales staff on finance programs and benefits.
- Monitor contracts in transit to maintain cash flow.
