About The Position

As a Finance Manager at a Rohrman dealership, you will play a pivotal role in the vehicle ownership experience by structuring deals, presenting financing options, and helping customers protect their investments. This high-earning role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and able to build trust quickly. You will partner closely with the sales team to close transactions and deliver a seamless customer journey from handshake to delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a dealership environment.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding PVR (per vehicle retail) and product penetration goals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations, including CFPB, TILA, and ECOA.
• Proficiency with DMS software such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply and persuasively.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• State insurance license.
• High ethical standards and commitment to transparent, customer-first practices.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to present financing and leasing options tailored to their financial situation and vehicle needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Present and sell F&I products, including extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and protection packages.
• Complete financing paperwork accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize per-deal profitability while maintaining excellent CSI scores.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of current manufacturer programs, incentives, and rate sheets.
• Mentor and support sales staff on finance processes and product knowledge.
