You will work closely with sales staff, financial institutions, and customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, credit analysis, and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing automotive financing.
- Proficiency with finance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of automotive financing, including loan applications, credit evaluations, and contract processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and finance companies to secure competitive rates for customers.
- Train and support sales staff on finance products and compliance requirements.
- Review and explain financing options and terms to customers clearly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase finance and insurance penetration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to finance transactions.
