Requirements

  • 3+ years of dealership finance experience is required.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to achieve targeted goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Present and explain vehicle protection packages to customers, highlighting the benefits of each.
  • Build professional relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers.
  • Submit deals electronically to banks using the appropriate dealer systems.
  • Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, meeting dealership, DMV, and lender requirements.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers as needed during peak sales traffic, providing seamless experience.
  • Follow-up on purchased products requiring customer action.
