About The Position

One of the oldest family-owned Dealership groups in the country is seeking a talented Automotive Sales & Finance Manager. We need an aggressive, energetic, and positive individual with a focus on F&I to partner with our Sales Manager in growing our volume, gross profit, and shown appointments. We will provide the tools and opportunities to succeed in a well-respected organization that is known for its performance and ethical practices. JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a proven F&I Manager to join our sales management team to grow the departments volume, gross profit, and sales staff performance!

Requirements

  • Previous automotive management experience as either a Finance Manager, Sales Manager, or Floor Manager
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Knowledge of lead follow-up and conversion best practices
  • Possession of solid morals and business ethics.
  • Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to “close"

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales manager to run the sales department, including assisting in sales training, TO’s, lead conversion, desking deals, and all other aspects of running a sales department.
  • Sell products and explain vehicle protection offerings to customers.
  • Be fully proficient with title laws and the registration process.
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
  • Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
  • Prepare and mail all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders or follow any other process that may be in place in their respective department.
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
