About The Position

Jackie Cooper BMW of Edmond is accepting applications for an experienced Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high producing finance and insurance team. This role involves offering financing and product options using a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize F&I department profitability and product penetration. The manager will track portfolios with lenders, process loan and lease applications for lender approval, and review department paperwork for accuracy and timely turnaround. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with all guidelines, supporting the sales department's goals, and upholding professional morals, ethics, and customer service standards. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and trends is also crucial.

Requirements

Proven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Manager.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirement.
Ability to in a fast paced automotive retail environment.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

Offer financing and product options utilizing comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
Track portfolio with lenders.
Process loan and lease applications for lender approval.
Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and trends.
Provide world class customer service and support to all customers.
